Mirna A. Caldwell, D.M.D.
Dr. Mirna Armaleh Caldwell is a native of Wakefield, Massachusetts. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology-Psychology from Tufts University in Medford, MA. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She also completed a three year pediatric dentistry residency at Tufts/New England Medical Center. Dr. Mirna Caldwell is Past-President of the Tennessee Society of Pediatric Dentists.
Robert F. Caldwell, D.M.D.
Dr. Robert F. Caldwell is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee, Martin. He graduated with his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He then completed a three year residency in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University/New England Medical Center.
Both doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. They are also members of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association.
Both Dr. Mirna Caldwell and Dr. Robert Caldwell are also Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. This is a special distinction that not all pediatric dentists attain. An AAPD Fellow is a person who has contributed above and beyond in the field of pediatric dentistry and organized dentistry.
Dr. Mirna and Dr. Rob are able to provide comprehensive dental treatment with the use of general anesthesia in a hospital setting for children with severe dental problems as well as children with special needs. They are currently one of a few pediatric dentists with privileges to treat children at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville and the Physicians Pavillion in Smyrna.

Lynne-Marie - Front Desk Coordinator
Lynne relocated to Tennessee from Rhode Island with her husband, John, where she worked in orthodontics for the past nine years. She attended the University of Rhode Island and State University of New York majoring in Marine Science. Lynne has two grown children, Corey a stockbroker/financial advisor in Jacksonville, FL and Kaela, a Musical Theater Actress in the Northeast. She recently retired from playing baseball for the past 16 years for the National Men’s Senior Baseball League and Roy Hobbs’ Men’s Baseball. An avid golfer and baseball player, she also enjoys theater, movies and writing. Lynne resides in Lebanon, TN with her husband, John and cat, Sir Alvin and is a member of Red Sox Nation. Sorry Titans, she is a die hard fan of the New England Patriots!
Danielle - Insurance Coordinator
Danielle was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She is a graduate of Kaplan Career Institute. She graduated with a Diploma in Dental Assisting. Danielle loves the field of dentistry and knows it is where her heart is. When she is not working, she loves spending time with her two beautiful children. Danielle is sweet and soft spoken and loves working with children.
Sarah - Appointment Coordinator
Sarah was born and raised in upstate New York and attended the State University of New York at Geneseo, but has called Nashville home for the past 5 years. She was a retail manager before transitioning to her new role at the front desk. She enjoys reading, cooking, and shopping as well as spending time with family and friends. Her favorite part of her job is meeting and welcoming in our patients to the office.
Nicole - Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicole relocated to Tennessee from Sicklerville, New Jersey with her husband Joe and they both love Nashville. She had ten years of dental assisting experience before becoming a dental hygienist. She loves working with people and likes to make people smile and laugh. She finds it very fulfilling to be a positive influence on a child's first visit to the dentist! She also enjoys music, dancing, trying new restaurants, and visiting with family and friends back home.
Taylor - Registered Dental Hygienist
Taylor was born and raised in New Hampshire. She relocated to Nashville because of her love for the city and because her older sister moved here. Taylor used to be a dental assistant before going back to school to become a hygienist. She loves working in a pediatric office because it gives her the opportunity to educate kids on how to improve their oral health. In her free time, she loves to hangout with friends, try new things, and be with family!
Teela - Registered Dental Hygienist
Teela is from Mount Juliet, Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She chose a career in pediatric dentistry with the hope of having a positive impact on the lives of children. Teela enjoys running 5K’s and spending time with both family and friends. Her enthusiasm and warm smile is a welcome addition to our team.
Sierra - Registered Dental Assistant
Sierra was born and raised in Nashville. She graduated from Remington College with a degree in dental assisting. In her spare time, she loves to travel and try new adventures. Of all the different fields she could have worked in within dentistry, she chose pediatric dentistry because of her love for kids!
Jacquelyn - Registered Dental Assistant
Jackie was born and raised in Nashville. She graduated from Brightwood College in 2017 with a certificate in dental assisting. She is married with two beautiful children and loves spending time with her family. Jackie is also bilingual in Spanish. Her beautiful smile warmly welcomes so many of our patients.
Wendy - Registered Dental Assistant
Wendy was born and raised in New York. She has lived in Nashville for eight years. She graduated with a dental assisting certificate from South College. During her free time, she likes to spend time with family, friends, and her cat named Lulu. She loves to traveling to new places, running and exercising. Wendy loves and cares so much for the kids in our practice and feels that they bring her joy to see them every day.
Giselle - Registered Dental Assistant
Giselle was born and raised in Nashville, and loves spending time with her family. She graduated from Remington College with her Registered Dental Assistant certification. She was a patient of our practice before she became a member of our team. She always aspired to work in the dental field and is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with children. She is excited to be part of the Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry Family. Giselle has a positive, helpful demeanor and is a wonderful team-player. She is fluent in Spanish.
