Mirna A. Caldwell, D.M.D.

Dr. Mirna Armaleh Caldwell is a native of Wakefield, Massachusetts. She received her undergraduate degree in Biology-Psychology from Tufts University in Medford, MA. She received her DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. She also completed a three year pediatric dentistry residency at Tufts/New England Medical Center. Dr. Mirna Caldwell currently serves as President of the Tennessee Society of Pediatric Dentists.

Robert F. Caldwell, D.M.D.

Dr. Robert F. Caldwell is a native of Nashville, Tennessee. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from the University of Tennessee, Martin. He graduated with his DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. He then completed a three year residency in pediatric dentistry at Tufts University/New England Medical Center.

Both doctors are board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. They are also members of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association and Tennessee Dental Association.

Dr. Mirna and Dr. Rob are able to provide comprehensive dental treatment with the use of general anesthesia in a hospital setting for children with severe dental problems as well as children with special needs. They are currently one of a few pediatric dentists with privileges to treat children at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital in Nashville and the Physicians Pavillion in Smyrna.

The Staff

	Lynne-Marie Webster - Front Desk Coordinator Lynne recently relocated to Tennessee from Rhode Island with her husband, John, where she worked in orthodontics for the past nine years. She attended the University of Rhode Island and State University of New York majoring in Marine Science. Lynne has two grown children, Corey a stockbroker/financial advisor in Jacksonville, FL and Kaela, a Musical Theater Actress in the Northeast. She recently retired from playing baseball for the past 16 years for the National Men’s Senior Baseball League and Roy Hobbs’ Men’s Baseball. An avid golfer and baseball player, she also enjoys theater, movies and writing. Lynne resides in Lebanon, TN with her husband, John and cat, Sir Alvin and is a member of Red Sox Nation. Sorry Titans, she is a Boston Red Sox and New England Patriots fan!

	Jessica Teel - *Insurance Coordinator* Jessica was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She attended Tennessee Technological University and Volunteer State Community College where she received an Associate of Applied Science in Allied Health and a diploma in Dental Assisting in 2004. Jessica joined the Caldwell family in 2006. After a temporary leave to pursue a higher education, she has now rejoined our family and is glad to be back working with kids again. She was recently given the opportunity to teach at a local Dental Assistant program where she was able to share her love of dentistry with others. Jessica is active in her church and enjoys spending time outdoors. She loves to play softball and enjoys cheering on her favorite sports teams which include the Tennessee Titans, Vanderbilt Commodores and the New York Yankees.

	Cara Mullen - *Registered Dental Hygienist* Cara is from Bowling Green, KY. She is a graduate from Western Kentucky University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene. She is wonderfully patient, soft spoken, and kind with all the children in our practice. She and her husband reside north of Nashville with their German Shepherd, Dana.

	Hannah Gioseffi - Registered Dental Assistant Hannah was born and raised in Hendersonville, TN. She attended Volunteer State Community College for one year and then she finished her studies at Nashville State Community College as a registered dental assistant. She has worked in the dentistry field since 2005 and has been with Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry since July of 2007. Hannah’s sweet and calm demeanor has been a wonderful addition to our team.

	Ashley Hoover - Registered Dental Assistant Ashley was raised in Murfreesboro, TN.She attended school at High Tech Institute in Nashville, TN from February 2005 until May 2006. Shortly after graduating, she moved to Miami, Florida where she worked as a pediatric dental assistant for two years. In August of 2008, she moved back home to Tennessee and joined Caldwell Pediatric Dentistry! Ashley is wonderful at helping kids feel at ease in the dental environment and really enjoys all aspects of behavior management.

	Danielle Stewart - Registered Dental Assistant Danielle was born and raised in Nashville, TN. She is a graduate of Kaplan Career Institute. She graduated with a Diploma in Dental Assisting. Danielle loves the field of dentistry and knows it is where her heart is. She one day dreams of furthering her education and becoming a dental hygienist. Danielle is sweet and soft spoken and loves working with children.

	Teela Mikoletic - *Registered Dental Hygienist* Teela is from Mount Juliet, Tennessee. She graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene. She chose a career in pediatric dentistry with the hope of having a positive impact on the lives of children. In addition to practicing her American Sign Language proficiency, Teela enjoys running 5K’s and spending time with both family and friends. Her enthusiasm and warm smile is a welcome addition to our team.

	Vahin Tahir - *Registered Dental Assistant* Vahin was born in Kurdistan and moved to Nashville when she was just a baby. She is bilingual, speaking both Kurdish and English. She is a graduate of Remington College with a certificate in Dental Assisting. She is married to a wonderful husband and is surrounded by supportive and proud friends as well as family. She feels fortunate to have such a great family. The children in our office love Vahin because she is kind, fun, and always happy.

	Hillary Howorth - *Registered Dental Hygienist* Hillary is originally from Greenville, SC. She is married and resides in Green Hills. She graduated from Greenville Technical College in SC, and is currently continuing her dental education through East Tennessee State University. She has been working as a dental hygienist in pediatric dentistry since May 2007, and worked as a childcare counselor throughout college. Although Hillary does not yet have any children of her own, she loves working with children and making a difference in her patients' lives and overall oral health. Hillary enjoys spending time with her family and friends, running, and taking fitness classes. Her calm and sweet demeanor has made her such a wonderful addition to our team!
